NFL Playoffs And Superbowl Predictions

Well, it's getting close to the end of the season and it's about that time to start making your predictions for the playoffs and the Superbowl. While it seems crazy not to pick the Patriots at this point, for some reason I do not see them winning it all. I can see them going 16-0, but I can also see them getting knocked off in the post season or losing in The Super Bowl. Last year, I predicted that the Cowboys and Colts would make it to the Superbowl, so obviously I was off on that prediction, but I also predicted that it would rain during the Superbowl, which it of course did. For some reason with all the emphasis on the AFC this year, I can see an NFC team pulling an upset and winning the Superbowl. Right now if I had to pick who in the NFC I can see pulling an upset and winning it all, I would have to say either the Cowboys or the Packers. I also think that the Colts will make an impact in the playoffs as well as a couple dark horses, like the San Diego Chargers, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, or the Saints if they get in. How do you guys see the rest of this season panning out and who do you think will win the Superbowl?

As far as the Pats, I have had feeling all day long that (now don't laugh) they will lose tonight to the Eagles! I feel, inside me, that it will be really stooooooopid mistakes that cost them the game tonight!! We shall see eh?

I haven't established a track record yet for football or any sport, but if I stick to the games I have a feeling about, you could use my predictions as an additional factor in your calculations and estimation. I thought about trying to give a spread, but it's not my thing. I'm doing good to get a winner.

I'll probably try and project some of the [bowl games.]

If they go to the superbowl, it may be his last year...but if they don't? nah....he just wont give up. in fact, he may play for years....

I am taking my Packer xmas tree down tomorrow. It brought bad luck!! I put it up two weeks ago and low and behold...they lost two games! ZOIKS!!!!!!

Siva, I totally agree with you!! As much as I would love to see my packers win it...I know they will lose. However...it only gives fuel to my guy Bret to keep coming back...this team is young and he knows it....he knows that we can go back maybe three more times...consecutive...then he will retire!!
